Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, financial performance, and operational excellence of all food and beverage operations within our property. This role provides vision and direction to deliver outstanding guest experiences, drive revenue growth, and ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and compliance throughout the food and beverage department. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Provide strategic direction for all F&B operations, aligning with the hotel''s overall business goals Lead, mentor, and develop F&B leadership teams Foster a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement Operations Management Oversee all food and beverage outlets, including kitchen, restaurants, room service, banquets Ensure consistent service standards, product quality, and brand compliance Collaborate with Culinary team on menu development, concept innovation, and seasonal offerings Financial Performance Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans Monitor and control labour costs, food and beverage costs, and operating expenses Analyze financial reports and KPIs to maximize profitability and revenue growth Guest Experience & Quality Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and handle escalated guest concerns professionally Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery Drive guest engagement through promotions, special events, and outlet programming Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations Oversee inventory control, purchasing, and vendor relationships Implement and monitor standard operating procedures across all outlets Qualifications Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel or hospitality F&B operations Proven experience managing multiple outlets and large teams Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success in budgeting and cost control Exceptional organization, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of food & beverage trends, service standards, and regulations Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation and bonus structure Opportunities for career advancement within the organization A collaborative and professional leadership environment Comprehensive benefits package and hotel perks What is it like to work for Hilton?
