Job Overview Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver(s) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods, freight and clients merchandise(s), ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining the truck in excellent condition. We''re looking for someone whom will play a crucial role in supporting our logistics operations and maintaining high standards of service. Duties Operate commercial vehicles to transport freight efficiently and safely Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations Load, unload, and secure freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary Maintain accurate documentation related to deliveries, routes, and truck maintenance Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding schedules and delivery statuses Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during daily operations Assist with moving items within facilities or between locations as needed Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly Experience Proven experience in commercial driving or related transportation roles Mechanical knowledge to perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on vehicles preferably Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members and clients Ability to handle moving tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards Valid G driver''s license Prior experience with freight transportation is preferred but not mandatory This position offers a vital role in our logistics operations, requiring dedication to safety, efficiency, and excellent communication.
