Follow existing processes ensuring best practices and consistent delivery of client experience. Support the branch with the overall business. Other duties as assigned. What can you expect from us? What does our ideal candidate possess? Minimum 2 years office administration experience. Desire to become a licensed financial advisor assistant. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate a professional and friendly manner Superior customer service skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Reliable, motivated and hardworking with the ability to prioritize, multitask, work within time constraints and provide follow up. Strong organizational skills.
