The Role (What You''ll Own) This is a senior marketing seat for someone who knows how to build a brandvisually, strategically, and operationally. You will run social as a system: content architecture, AI-enabled production, paid performance, and feedback loops that sharpen results over time. Responsibilities Build and execute a content strategy rooted in research, positioning, and measurable outcomes Produce high-end social content (static, carousel, reels/short-form video) that feels elevatednot templated Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing workflows, repurposing, and automation (without compromising taste) Plan, build, and manage Meta campaigns (Business Suite/Ads Manager): targeting, creative testing, budget pacing, and lead indicators Apply GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) principles so content is discoverable in AI-led search environmentspaired with practical distribution strategy Establish monthly performance reporting (reach, saves, shares, CTR, growth, CPL/lead quality indicators) and adjust strategy accordingly Manage a content calendar with clarity: themes, series, hooks, and calls-to-action Maintain consistent visual standards across posts, stories, highlights, and paid assets Collaborate with the team to capture usable content efficiently (you make it easy for the team to show up) You''re a Fit If You''re Already Fluent In AI tools across platforms (not just ChatGPT): ideation, prompt workflows, automations, and tool-stacking Design systems + typography + layout (you can make luxury feel modern) Short-form video editing with strong pacing and structure Research-driven content planning (you don''t guessyou validate) Analytics and optimisation (you measure, learn, refine) Meta Suite advertising (Ads Manager, audiences, conversions, A/B testing, retargeting) Geo strategy: geo-targeted campaigns and/or location-based creative + local relevance that performs What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) A clear content ecosystem: 23 recurring series + supporting formats Consistent output that matches Fraser & Co.''s visual and verbal standard A working AI-enabled production workflow (faster creation, higher quality) Paid + organic working together with clean reporting and a strategy that evolves based on performance How to Apply Send your resume + portfolio (links preferred) to .
