RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures that sanitation meets or exceeds standards (Client, Health Department and Company.) Prepares food for the customers Ordering Food and Counting Inventory Ensures proper food handling and storage techniques are followed Maintains high staff morale at all times by setting a positive example Performing each task in a safe manner using equipment provided, following instructions and established procedures Reporting all injuries and hazardous conditions to management immediately Other tasks, duties and assignments as directed by the manager. During slow season, wash dishes and cleaning duties. Daily soup/ sandwich specials, Weekend specials. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Red Seal preffered Serve it right and Cooks papers and/or recent related cooks experience working in a retail environment Food Safe certificate I Demonstrated Customer Service experience English proficiency, verbal and written Experience preparing meals in a high volume environment Have the ability to meet the physical requirements of the position Experience in Breakfast cookery, 1 year Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
