As the In-Home Delivery Concierge (Bilingual English & French)at Obasan, you''ll have the opportunity to join a fast-growing, environmentally-conscious company with progressive core values. We design and manufacture beautiful, organic mattresses that are fully customized to fit each sleeper''s needs, distributed throughout North-America. This is a permanent, full-time position that is at Ottawa-based factory, you''ll be reporting directly to the General Manager. Obasan is seeking a bilingual (English & French) master delivery professional to elevate the client experience beyond the in-store purchasing experience. As our In-Home Delivery Concierge, you will be the face of Obasan in customers'' homes, ensuring that every mattress delivery is seamless, professional, and unforgettable. This role requires a unique mix of strength, finesse, and exceptional customer service. From carrying and assembling mattresses to creating a stress-free, true hands off experience for our clients, you''ll embody the high standards Obasan is known for. WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead mattress deliveries with precision, care, and respect for clients'' homes Assemble and place products smoothly, ensuring everything is perfect before leaving Provide professional, concierge-level communication in English and French Serve as the trusted point of contact during the delivery process Assist customers with warranty concerns, comfort concerns and product maintenance Help manufacturing team and facility by being a strong team player and leader Travel independently across the Montreal, Ottawa, and Greater Toronto areas Represent Obasan''s values of sustainability, craftsmanship, and care in every interaction THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Proven ability to handle high-touch, white-glove delivery experiences Strength and dexterity for product handling and assembly Excellent communication skills in English and French Knowledge of the Ottawa, Montreal, and Greater Toronto areas Self-sufficient, reliable, efficient and driven to deliver perfection Flexible and willing to travel alone when required WHO WE ARE Obasan is a Canadian manufacturer founded in Ottawa in 1985, we proudly design and sell certified-organic, handcrafted mattresses and accessories.
