Executive Assistant to CEO Central Toronto $80,000 - $100,000 We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO with calendar management, communications, travel coordination, and personal assistance. This role is critical - ensuring the CEO can focus on strategic priorities while maintaining a smooth, efficient day-to-day operation. Responsibilities Own the CEOs changing calendar - book, cancel, and reprioritize meetings efficiently. Screen and triage emails, calls, and messages; draft correspondence and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO. Arrange domestic and international travel, book accommodations, prepare detailed itineraries. Handle personal errands and tasks as required - upholding professionalism and discretion. Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth coordination and communication. Requirements 5+ years as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting senior, C-level executives. 24+ consecutive months in EA/PA roles within the last 3 years. Post-secondary diploma (Business Administration or related field). Proficient in MS Office , Google Workspace , and travel/calendar tools.
