Manage key compliance activities, including personal trading reviews and compliance workflows using specialized compliance systems. Coordinate critical regulatory deliverables, such as prospectus renewals, regulatory questionnaires, and compliance input for RFPs. Conduct internal audits and compliance testing to assess adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls. Collaborate with business partners to integrate compliance considerations into strategic and operational decisions. Support annual compliance training, helping employees understand their responsibilities in a clear and practical way.
