Role Overview The Front Office Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the front desk, guest services, and related front office functions. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day front office operations, including front desk, guest services, and related functions. Lead, schedule, and support a team of front office supervisors and associates to ensure consistent service delivery. Ensure a positive guest experience by proactively addressing guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery situations. Monitor room inventory, arrivals, departures, and VIP handling in coordination with housekeeping and revenue teams. Maintain compliance with brand standards, service procedures, and operational policies. Support staffing, training, onboarding, and performance management of front office team members. Coach and mentor supervisors and team members through ongoing feedback and development. Manage front office budgets, labour controls, and productivity metrics. Ensure accuracy in billing, cash handling, and front office reporting. Collaborate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and security to support overall hotel operations. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to broader operational planning. Support emergency procedures and ensure team readiness for high-volume or irregular operations. What Were Looking For Previous experience in a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager role within a full-service hotel. Experience managing teams in a high-volume or complex operating environment. Strong leadership and communication skills with a calm, professional presence. Solid understanding of front office systems, procedures, and guest service standards. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
