As a Clinical Unit Manager at Ashlynn Grange Care Home, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management on our clinical community within the home.About Ashlynn Grange Care Home:Ashlynn Grange is an exceptional 153-bed care home in Peterborough. The home prides itself on the surrounding gardens that grow flowers and a variety of different vegetables.The level of care at Ashlynn Grange is exceptional, and all staff love to keep residents entertained with a full programme of activities and live performances on our outdoor stage. Our newly refurbished caf is available to our residents and their visitors, serving a variety of fresh tea, coffee and cakes daily.About the role:The role of Clinical Unit Manager will involve completing clinical audits, safe management of medication and team member supervision. Across everything you do, youll be a role model for your team and someone our residents and their families can trust to provide a safe, reassuring and happy environment.Salary:23 per hour.Shift Pattern:40 hours per week worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.Home Location:Bretton Gate, Peterborough, PE3 9UZ.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Take responsibility for pro-actively managing the unit.Ensure timely completion of monthly audits: medication management, pressure ulcer prevention, diet and hydration and care planning.Monitor the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents care through monthly audit of care plans using a planned approach, for example Resident of the Day.Ensure planned supervision is carried out for all team members in line with company policy.Training, Skills & Experience Required:Qualified RN/RGN/RMN.Minimum of two years shift leadership and management experience.Proven track record leading, empowering, supporting and motivating a clinical team.What we can offer:Fully comprehensive induction.Competitive salary, plus enhancements on bank holidays and a welcome bonus.28 days of holiday per year.Free Blue Light Card & access to the Blue Light discount platform.Paid DBS and NMC renewals.Refer a friend scheme. #J-18808-Ljbffr
