Job Title

Under the responsibility of the plant supervisor, the team leader will have as their main responsibility to be in charge of the floor and coordinate work with their production team during their shift. More specifically, the team leader will be responsible for: Ensure that daily production targets are met during your shift (team of approximately 10 employees); Optimization of available material and human resources and ensures compliance with shipping deadlines according to the just-in-time principle; Regularly verify that procedures and working methods comply with current quality standards; Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, manage workplace accidents during your shift, and actively engage in prevention efforts with the health and safety manager. Any other related tasks.
