WANT TO WORK for one of Canadas Best Managed Companies?Dilawri Group is now actively searching for aUsed Car Sales Managerto join the team atMarkham Honda.Apply to this position if you:Want to work in an ever-changing marketEnjoy working in a fast-paced environment where adaptive skills lead to successWant to be part of an organization leading the way with analytical leadership and empowermentPay Rate:Estimated total compensation ranges from$120,000 to$150,000, inclusive of salary and bonus.Responsibilities:Supervise, direct and lead all aspects of the Dealership Sales DepartmentMaintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all timesAcquire used vehicles for retail sales, with a focus on sourcing through a busy service drive.Work with the Service Manager to ensure quick preparation of used vehicles for deliveryEffectively manage leads and personally engage with all retail used sales traffic at the dealership.Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan, modify and review all current issues and programsKeep updated on all manufacturer and financial institutions current product, program, promotions, and ensure that all staff understand factory programsPromote ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetingsEnsure that all required provincial licensing and regulatory requirements are followedQualifications:Strong leadership abilitiesStrong Knowledge of CDK, 180, V-Auto, and Auto AlertProficient in overall computer skills with the ability to adapt to a sophisticated CRM system.Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisionsExperience in Pre-Owned auto sales preferredTwo (2) years of management experienceValid OMVIC License preferredWhat We Offer:Competitive compensationEmployee support and trainingWide array of career growth and advancement opportunitiesEmployee discount programsWork-life balanceIf you are searching for an opportunity to grow your career while adding value to our team, then this role is for you.
