Great Blue Resorts owns and operates 10 private resort lakefront properties located throughout Ontarios cottage country. These properties offer outright ownership of beautiful premanufactured seasonal recreational cottages. Our resorts have full facilities including community areas, swimming pools, splash pads, multisports courts, playgrounds and beaches. Accounts Receivables Do You Have 1+ years experience in accounting in either an accounting firm or industry Postsecondary certificate or degree in Business with accounting major, or equivalent Excellent time management and organizational skills Excellent professional verbal and writing skills Experience using accounting software Experience using enterprise Can You Demonstrated trackrecord of adhering to systems of controls Demonstrated trackrecord of flexibility and teamwork skills Demonstrated trackrecord of meeting deadlines and working independently Primary Responsibilities Billing Prepares bills and invoices for sales and owner fees. These payments contain request list information such as a description of the service, the date of the transaction, the price, fees, and discounts applied. Update owner accounts by sending bill reminders and communicating with customers or owners of units in the resorts via phone, email, or mail. Record and review cottage sale payments promptly and accurately. Update plot rates and owner discounts to ensure owner fees accuracy. Cash Management Identify and process miscellaneous payments Manage Moneris accounts and access by head office and resorts. Reconciling Reconcile owner ledgers and advance deal deposits to ensure that all payments and any refunds (liens, consignments, etc.) are accounted for and properly posted. Research any discrepancies. Use cottage order list and quotes from vendor to generate new units in the system and related purchase orders and unit descriptions. Why Work for Us?
