We are a seasonal property with positions starting May 6, 2026 until October 2026. Property Attendant: Job brief The lodge property attendant position is part of a four-man team including Repair Attendant, Waste Water Tech, and Supervisor. Each position has its own duties however each position must be willing to be trained to cover any other maintenance position for any length of time depending on scheduling. The desire to learn and grow at a remote off grid lodge that uses generators for power and treats its own water. Responsibilities and Duties The position is responsible for groundkeeping such as watering flowers, mow lawns, weed eating in environmental area as needed, sweep guests paths and parking lot especially in front of lodge guest entrance, leaf blow guestroom decks and or shovel snow. Maintenance all the garden equipment, both power and hand tools. Assisting with waste water management. Daily checks of utility systems on property. Qualifications and Skills The varied and time sensitive tasks for this position require a strong desire to complete tasks. Good time management is required as most of the work is done alone in this position. WHMIS is an asset Compensation Wage: $17/hour plus bonuses. Staff accommodation is available for employees over the age of 18 at $4.41 per day. Bonus: If contract is completed you will receive $1 bonus for every hour worked and your rent returned.
