As the PR Specialist, you will execute high-impact plans across earned media, sponsored content, and influencer relations. You are an Idea Energizer, bringing optimism and fresh solutions to make our clients'' work bigger, more newsworthy, and more ''famous.'' In this role, you will foster a healthy environment for creative work while maintaining the structure and process necessary for excellence. You will form strong working relationships with creative and strategic teams across the agency, ensuring every project is delivered with a sharp Point of View and ''rock-solid'' project management. The opportunity: Supporting key accounts focusing on opportunities to amplify campaigns through the tactical application of earned media and sponsored opportunities. Supporting influencer collaborations from beginning to end, including the development of influencer briefs and the management of campaign hard costs and seeding kits. Drafting compelling headlines, press releases, and message hierarchies, bringing forward elements of the CRAFTS framework to elevate all written work. Training team members on PR tools, databases, and platforms to their full capability, including MRP, Muck Rack, Meltwater, Critical Mention, Klear, and Certn. Contributing to award-winning work by independently suggesting creative solutions that make ideas bigger, more newsworthy, and more famous. Delivering elements of client programs autonomously and according to timelines, helping to define project plans, tasks, and reporting practices. Problem-solving to alleviate difficult situations and seeking help from senior colleagues when faced with challenging scenarios. Providing a clear point of view on creative ideas, amplification, and risks based on a foundational understanding of earned, owned, shared, and paid channels. Actively participating in meetings, circulating notes, and managing workload expectations to build rock-solid project and time management skills. Bringing energy and optimism to the creative process while maintaining an informed media perspective and keen instincts. What you''ll bring: 2-4 years of industry experience.
