We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee projects from municipal approvals through construction and closeout. Position Summary The Construction Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of construction projects by coordinating site activities, documentation, scheduling, and communication between internal teams, consultants, trades, and suppliers. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality control, tracking progress, supporting permit and approval processes, and ensuring projects run efficiently from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Project & Site Coordination Coordinate daily construction activities between trades, consultants, inspectors, and suppliers Assist with supervising site activities to ensure work is completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards Conduct site inspections and assist with quality control throughout all phases of construction Support day-to-day problem solving and issue resolution on site Scheduling & Reporting Assist Project and Construction Managers with project schedules and work plans Prepare and distribute construction progress reports, site logs, and meeting minutes Maintain accurate records of site activities, construction dates, and milestones Cost & Procurement Support Coordinate procurement of materials, tools, and equipment Monitor material and tool usage and assist with budget tracking Support purchase order processing and invoice review as required Documentation & Permits Prepare, track, and maintain project documentation, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change logs Assist in preparing and submitting permit applications, inspections, approvals, and other regulatory documentation Maintain organized digital and physical project files Safety & Compliance Assist in enforcing site safety policies and procedures in coordination with Project Managers Support implementation of safety plans and ensure compliance with applicable regulations Technical & Administrative Support Perform drafting tasks and quantity take-offs as required Utilize project management and construction software to track progress and documentation Provide general administrative support related to project operations Qualifications & Skills Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field 4 years of experience in construction coordination, project administration, or site support Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel) Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities Working Conditions Combination of office and active construction site environments Site visits required; must follow all safety protocols Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,427.34-$82,038.54 per year Work Location: In person
