About Level Up Music School Level Up Music School is one of Midtown Toronto''s most vibrant and fast-growing music communities. We''re currently seeking a dedicated Voice & Piano Teacher to join our team starting part-time (23 days/week), with a clear path to build toward full-time in a short period as your roster fills. You''ll guide students of all ages to discover the joy of music, from their first song to the stage. What You''ll Bring Proven teaching experience: You''ve taught voice and/or piano consistently (privately or at a school) and you know how to keep students inspired and accountable. Strong stylistic versatility: You''re comfortable teaching modern voice/piano (Pop, Rock, R&B, etc.). Bonus if you can also teach classical foundations, jazz basics, or contemporary improvisation. Healthy technique + musicality: You can coach tone, breath/support, pitch, rhythm, ear training, and musical expression without overcomplicating it. On piano, you can build solid reading, chord fluency, and practical accompaniment skills. Performance coaching: We run concerts and open mics year-round. You understand stage prep, rehearsal structure, and how to get students ready with confidence A collaborative mindset: You work well with colleagues, respect structure, and contribute positively to a shared teaching environment. Reliability and integrity: This role carries real responsibility, students and families rely on your consistency, professionalism, and communication. Focus on long-term student growth + retention: You take pride in keeping students engaged, motivated, and excited to return each week. Schedule & Growth Our school operates Monday to Friday (11:00 am9:00 pm) and Saturdays (10:00 am4:00 pm), with Sundays off.
