About the Role We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a PACT Barista, you are the face of our company and the heart of the guest experience. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, building genuine relationships with our guests, and contributing to a culture of trust, kindness, and accountability. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages with precision and care. Providing a warm, welcoming, and positive experience for every guest. Sharing your knowledge and passion for our ethically sourced coffees. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Handling cash and processing payments accurately. Who You Are: You are passionate about coffee and community. You have a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills. You are reliable, accountable, and a great team player. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to learn.
