Meet the TQ Team: Responsibilities Oversee daily on-site operations for custom homes and renovations Lead and coordinate site crews and subcontractors to meet quality, safety, and schedule expectations Plan, track, and maintain construction schedules and project milestones Coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment Execute and monitor proper construction sequencing from foundation through finishes Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and the BC Building Code Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites; prepare for inspections Maintain accurate site documentation (daily logs, progress reports, photos, checklists) Monitor project quality and costs, including review of supplier and subcontractor invoices Uphold TQ standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, client experience, and mentorship of junior site staff Qualifications 5+ years of residential construction experience (custom homes; Canadian experience preferred) Proven experience supervising full-cycle, ground-up residential projects Strong understanding of construction sequencing, building systems, and assemblies Working knowledge of the BC Building Code and inspection processes Ability to read architectural, structural, and engineering drawings Red Seal Carpentry ticket or equivalent experience Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Valid driver''s license, reliable vehicle, and own tools Legally entitled to work in Canada Compensation & Benefits *Starting wage range: $40$45 per hour *Wage is based on skills and experience and is competitive connect with us and let''s chat Comprehensive health coverage (vision, dental, life, travel, and 100% prescription drug coverage) Extended healthcare (massage, chiropractor, physiotherapy, acupuncture, etc.) RRSP contributions and performance bonuses Company phone and mileage allowance Professional development and education reimbursement Regular, on-time pay every two weeks Seasonal TQ apparel, Pizza Fridays, and team events Flexible, respectful, and supportive workplace culture How to Apply Please apply only if you meet the must-have qualifications outlined above.
