This role is designed to fulfill post-secondary co-op requirements while providing comprehensive exposure to various kitchen stations.Key Responsibilities Station Setup: Prepare and stock stations with all necessary supplies for service. Food Preparation: Execute prep tasks including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing signature sauces. Service Execution: Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality, timely delivery to guests. Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly adhere to all health and sanitation regulations. Inventory Support: Assist with stocking inventory and managing leftovers appropriately to minimize waste. Qualifications Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management co-op program. Skills: Basic proficiency in food preparation, knife skills, and various cooking techniques.
