We are looking for a passionate, organized, and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our team in delivering 5-star cleanliness standards. Role & Responsibilities Operations Leadership: Manage all day-to-day housekeeping operations, including cleaning, sanitation, and organization of guest rooms and public spaces. Quality Control: Perform daily inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure brand standards are met or exceeded. Team Management: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor housekeeping staff, fostering a positive, high-performing work environment. Inventory & Budgeting: Oversee linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities inventory. Manage departmental budgets, optimizing costs while maintaining quality. Communication: Coordinate closely with the Front Desk and Maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared in a timely manner. What We Are Looking For Experience: Minimum 24 years of progressive experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably within a hotel or similar Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and modern housekeeping management tools. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of a fast-paced environment.
