Position Role: Head/Director of Sales Location: Ontario / Hybrid / Remote Reports To: CEO Job Type: Full-Time, Salaried What You Will Do Own the full sales cycle: Manage opportunities from initial prospecting to contract signing with both new and existing clients. Outbound business development: Proactively identify prospects and generate your own pipeline using LinkedIn, email, and other channels. Social selling: Build and maintain a professional online presence (with support from our marketing team) to attract inbound leads. Pipeline management: Maintain CRM data meticulously, follow up consistently, and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks. Consultative selling: Diagnose client safety challenges and prescribe tailored SafetyCo solutions, from training and consulting to on-site operational support. Content collaboration: Share insights from client conversations to enhance campaigns, content, and lead generation. Lead and mentor: Set the vision for the sales function, implement repeatable processes, and develop future sales leaders. Drive revenue growth: Identify new market opportunities, expand client relationships, and deliver predictable, measurable results. Professional communicator: Fluent in English with the ability to clearly articulate complex solutions and build trust with clients. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in sales leadership with measurable revenue growth results. Strong background in business development, consultative selling, and prospecting. Hands-on experience managing pipelines and CRM systems. Track record of building or scaling a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
