If so, you will take the lead in delivering major automation projects. This role is crucial to the successful execution of high-stakes projects requiring coordination and integration, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and excellence. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage a program of automation projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals. Drive the development and implementation of solutions to enhance project delivery. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities effectively. Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. Cost Management: Maintain cost control to deliver projects within budget while maximizing value. Develop and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality. Technical Interaction: Collaborate with technical teams to understand, challenge, and make informed decisions. Ensure seamless integration of technical solutions into project plans. Supplier Management: Serve as primary liaison with external suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. Build and maintain relationships to align with project goals, timelines, and quality. Process Improvement: Identify internal process gaps and develop processes to improve project management practices. Implement best practices for efficiency and effectiveness. Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet high quality standards and comply with industry regulations and company policies. Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize performance. Executive Reporting and Documentation Governance: Create and maintain precise project documentation that aligns with organizational standards. Deliver clear, concise, and timely project status updates and insights to senior leadership. Key Qualifications & Experience Bachelor''''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field. PMP certification is highly desirable. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, managing Main Automation Contractor projects or EPC technology-based projects. Proven track record of managing complex programs and delivering successful outcomes. Strong understanding of automation systems, control systems, and integration processes; ability to interact with technical teams and make informed decisions. Experience with metro-rail projects is an asset. Experience in supplier management including negotiations, contract management, quality, and technical compliance. Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and develop solutions to enhance project management practices. Exceptional leadership and team management skills; ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges. Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project activities. Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000 annually Why Join Us?
