This role partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team and functional leaders across the organization to drive sustainable growth, strengthen competitive positioning, and enhance operational and financial performance. The Director will lead enterprise-wide strategic planning, assess growth and investment opportunities, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. About You You are a digital strategist with a talent for crafting compelling visual frameworks that garner results (i.e. wins). Your expertise lies in understanding the intricate relationship between Brand and Consumers, and the digital ecosystems that shape engagement dynamics. Your Focus is not on creating ah-ha moments for traditional advertising, but on driving the subtleties of a brands digital business objectives and revenue growth. Required Qualifications & Experience 8+ years of experience in strategy/account planning in an ad agency. A bachelors degree, preferably in fields like social sciences, English, or strategic communications. At least 2 years in the consumer electronics, communications, or technology sectors. Confidence in senior client-facing presentations. Profound experience in consumer research and ability to discern observations from insights. Collaborative aptitude for ideation and campaign development with creative teams. Expertise across multichannel platforms and the ability to convert insights into actionable briefs. Demonstrated proactivity in anticipating business challenges and addressing them. Proficiency in data metrics, KPIs, analytics, and insight-driven optimizations. Versatility across agency roles: brand, digital, retail, and influencer strategy. Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written. Proven collaboration with senior leadership within the agency and clients. Strong grasp of how media platforms complement each other in an integrated strategy.
