Who You Are We are seeking a skilled and entrepreneurial Estate Litigation Lawyer or civil litigator. Youre an experienced Estate Litigator (1+ years) . Youre ambitious, ready to hit the ground running , and want the freedom to grow your practicewithout the burden of day-to-day business management. Key Responsibilities Provide expert legal advice and representation in all aspects of estate litigation, power of attorney disputes and elder law. Independently manage a diverse caseload of estate litigation and power of attorney files Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships. Draft and review legal documents, including applications, affidavits, orders and court filings. Strategize, draft, and argue litigation matters, including motions, case conferences, and trials Work directly with clients, providing practical and results-oriented advice Proactively seek growth opportunities , whether through networking, referrals, or innovative approaches Collaborate with a supportive, entrepreneurial team of legal professionals What Were Looking For 1+ years of estate litigation or other civil litigation experience In good standing with the LSO Strong litigation, advocacy, and client management skills Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously Growth-focused and eager to take control of your career What We Offer Hybrid work option (work from home or come in and enjoy catered lunches!)
