Camino Search is supporting a PE-backed organization in the appointment of a Financial Analyst to strengthen the Americas finance function. This hire is focused on establishing a strong technical finance foundation before the business transitions into a performance uplift phase. The environment is fast-paced and high-intensity, requiring individuals who are resilient, commercially minded, and confident operating with senior stakeholders. Key Objectives Provide immediate execution capacity across core finance activities Strengthen budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes Support business partnering and commercial decision-making Reduce operational and attrition risk within the finance team Key Responsibilities Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles Assist with month-end close and financial reporting Prepare management reports and performance analysis Support pricing analysis and commercial evaluations Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial insight Contribute to process improvement and standardisation initiatives Ideal Candidate Profile Big 4 background or strong corporate finance experience CPA qualified or actively pursuing CPA 24 years of relevant finance experience Strong technical accounting and analytical skills Ambitious with a clear progression mindset Personality & Cultural Fit Calm and robust under pressure Confident challenging senior stakeholders when required Strong relationship builder with a pragmatic mindset Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in a fix first, then grow environment Professional presence and strength of character Why This Role High visibility role during a critical phase of business stabilisation Exposure to senior leadership in a PE-backed environment Opportunity to grow with the function as it transitions from stabilisation to performance improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
