This role is ideal for a trained interior designer (nice to have) with strong client-facing skills, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the Toronto market. Key Responsibilities: Manage the pre-construction phase of commercial interior fit-outs, ensuring projects are well-planned, budgeted, and aligned with client goals Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, delivering presentations, and guiding them through the project lifecycle Oversee construction administration (CA) activities, ensuring high-quality execution of interior fit-out projects Demonstrate sales expertise by identifying new opportunities, pitching services, and contributing to business growth Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Toronto commercial interiors market to guide project strategy and client proposals Collaborate closely with designers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery Qualifications: Proven experience in commercial interior construction and pre-construction management Construction administration (CA) experience in fit-out projects Strong client-facing and sales experience, with a track record of successful presentations Comprehensive knowledge of the Toronto market, including local trends and regulations Excellent leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
