Job Description

Location: Toronto Other locations: Primary Location Only The Opportunity EY-Parthenons Strategy & Execution (S&E) practice supports global organizations with diagnosing and solving their most complex problems. Within S&E, our team drives tangible improvements for our clients in areas such as finance transformation, customer experience optimization, supply chain improvement, digital enablement, business analytics and reporting, and process automation. Ultimately, our support delivers financial and operational outcomes for our clients including increasing free cash flow, profitability enhancement, and scalability enablement. Your Key Responsibilities Assess a companys current processes across commercial, finance and operations functions to identify pain points and gaps that are impacting profitability and cash flow Execute engagements to validate hypotheses, assess and support clients through enablement options and implement measurable improvements Analyze transactional and operational data required to validate hypotheses and deliver critical insights to clients Confidently present solutions, issues, and findings in both a written and oral format Prepare client deliverables, such as PowerPoint reports, Excel-based analysis, and Visio process flows Your Profile At least 2 years of related work experience is required; management consulting experience is preferred. A bachelors degree or higher is required, with preference to candidates with business, finance, or engineering degrees. Strong understanding of profitability and cash flow metrics, with the ability to articulate the potential impact of operational improvements on a companys financial statements; CPA or other professional designations are a plus. Some experience with finance transformation, customer experience, supply chain optimization or process automation projects. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a proven track record of sharing complex ideas and findings with a senior audience. Strong bias for curiosity and creative thinking to generate innovative solutions for our clients. You may be expected to travel to client sites on short notice with durations and time on site dependent on project. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
