Our client, a well-established architectural firm, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Calgary team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a collaborative mindset with experienceand a passion for high-rise and mixed-use developments. About the Role As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in designing and delivering multi-residential and high-rise mixed-use projects . This position offers an opportunity to lead by example, mentoring junior team members while ensuring the seamless execution of complex projects. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed working drawings using Revit for high-rise and mixed-use projects. Mentor and guide junior team members to elevate team performance. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Adapt to a hybrid work model, balancing teamwork with independent productivity. What Were Looking For Experience : Minimum of 8 years in an Architectural Technologist role. Skills : Advanced proficiency in Revit and experience with multi-residential or high-rise mixed-use projects. Leadership : Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team culture. (This is not a management postiion) Adaptability : Ready to work on a variety of projects and deliver results efficiently. Whats on Offer Compensation : Competitive salary ranging from $85,000-$110,000, plus comprehensive benefits. Vacation : 4 weeks paid leave plus an additional week in December. (5 weeks!) Professional Development : $1,500 allowance for conferences and training. Health Spending Account : $1,500 annually for health-related expenses. Retirement Plan : RRSP contribution plan available after one year. Work Schedule : Flexible start times (8:30/9:00 AM) with a 37.5-hour work week.
