This role is ideal for a strong writer and editor who thrives in a fastpaced, missiondriven environment and wants their work to have real visibility and influence. You will shape and steward content that reaches tens of thousands of professionals across Canada, playing a critical role in brand reputation, member engagement, and integrated marketing campaigns. This is a handson, highimpact individual contributor role with significant crossfunctional exposure. Key responsibilities include: Planning, creating, and managing editorial calendars across core content channels, including email marketing Developing and overseeing content for flagship print and digital publications, collaborating with external writers and contributors Writing, editing, and reviewing content organizationwide to ensure CP Style, brand consistency, clarity, and audience relevance Translating complex, technical subject matter into clear, accessible, and engaging content Partnering with PR, marketing, and product teams on integrated campaigns, promotions, and special initiatives Leading copy development for multichannel campaigns, including paid and outbound leadgeneration initiatives Collaborating with designers to develop creative assets and campaign materials Managing multiple projects simultaneously, including highvisibility initiatives tied to major events and campaigns Tracking performance, budgets, and key learnings, and reporting on content and campaign effectiveness What You Bring to the Job You are a confident content professional with strong editorial judgment and a proven ability to lead content initiatives from concept to execution. 5+ years of experience in content development, public relations, marketing, communications, or journalism Advanced copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills using Canadian Press (CP) Style Experience managing complex content projects, calendars, and crossfunctional stakeholders A strong editorial lens with the ability to shape content from diverse contributors and subjectmatter experts Comfort working in fastpaced, deadlinedriven environments with competing priorities Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills Experience supporting integrated marketing or PR campaigns (paid or promotional experience is a strong asset) Postsecondary education in Marketing, PR, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Bilingual English/French is considered an asset We really look forward to hearing from you, but please understand that I will only be contacting those that are applicable for the role!
