The Role: Manage current customer maintenance and project needs, and anticipate future requirements Develop and manage new customer relationships Plan and manage projects Prepare job tool lists, coordinate site equipment, and manage subcontractors Attend job walks and project launch meetings with customers and maintenance teams to ensure effective project launches Respond to customer inquiries, breakdowns, and manpower support requests Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Qualifications: 3-5 years of mechanical project management experience in a multi-trade environment (i.e. millwrighting, electrical, fabrication, equipment relocation, pipe fitting) Valid drivers licence with a clean record Willing to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario Open to learning new software and mobile applications Competent with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) Experience using CRM tools Ideal candidate is a licensed millwright, although not a requirement We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package (drug, dental, vision, RRSP matching) Regular company events and team-building activities An opportunity to join a growing and dynamic company Whats the Bullet Difference?
