Qualifications Minimum four years culinary experience with supervisory skills. Financial management knowledge, controlling food and labour costs. Experience in catering and banquet operations. Strong communication (written and verbal) and flexible scheduling ability. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and willingness to learn new programs.
