Through the work that we do, we help to build, fuel, feed and grow Western Canadian communities together.What youll do:Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, professional approach and attitudeMaintain a neat, clean, and orderly location at all timesOperate and maintaining all equipment and tools in a safe and reasonable mannerAdhere to all Westview Co-op policies and procedures and following all OH&S regulationsDeliver product in a timely manner, ensuring loads are correct and deliveries are on timeReceive merchandise as directed by the Lumber ManagerProvide information, assistance and service to customers in a manner which will promote the sale of merchandise and meet the needs, requirements and expectations of the consumerEnsure employees maintain a safe, secure, and legal work environment where the employees well being is paramountSupervise staff to ensure they adhere to staff appearance, housekeeping, loss prevention, and customer service standardsCommunicate effectively with the Lumber Manager on any issues that may ariseAny other job-related duties that may ariseWho you are:We are seeking a Yard Supervisor who is passionate about building a positive and collaborative team culture, with a strong focus on teamwork, customer service, and accountability.
