What you''ll do As part of our Research Team, you''ll play a key role in discovering, engaging, and connecting with top leaders across Canada. You''ll help shape search strategies, uncover insights, and build relationships that drive real impact. You will: Partner with consultants to develop creative, targeted search strategies for senior and executive-level roles. Participate in client consultations to understand leadership needs and define ideal candidate profiles. Build and nurture authentic relationships with candidates both active and passive for current and future opportunities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify top talent and emerging leadership trends. Manage multiple searches and priorities with independence, accuracy, and professionalism. Use diverse sourcing methods from social platforms to professional networks to uncover outstanding candidates. Contribute to building inclusive and diverse candidate slates that reflect our commitment to equity and belonging. Produce clear, well-organized reports and maintain accurate records within our search database. Represent Phelps at networking events and industry forums, building both your own and the firm''s presence.
