Our model emphasizes functional recovery, safety, and timely return to work within a professionally governed, community-based program. Role Summary We are seeking experienced Physiotherapists to provide in-home WSIB rehabilitation services for injured workers who cannot attend outpatient clinics. This role focuses on mobility, strength, pain management, and functional independence using evidence-based interventions. Key Responsibilities Complete in-home PT assessments for WSIB clients Deliver individualized, goal-oriented rehabilitation programs Address mobility, strength, endurance, and pain management Progress treatment plans within WSIB treatment blocks Educate clients on self-management and recovery strategies Complete WSIB-compliant documentation and reporting within timelines Collaborate with RN assessors and interdisciplinary team members Qualifications Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario Minimum 3 years clinical experience Community, orthopedic, or rehab experience preferred Strong documentation and organizational skills Comfortable working independently in clients'' homes Valid driver''s licence and reliable vehicle Compensation Model Block-funded model Equivalent to $5560/hour Flexible caseload depending on referral volume Why Work With Us Clear scope and expectations Professional, WSIB-funded client population Flexible scheduling Strong clinical support Opportunity to be part of a growing program Compensation: $ $60.00 per hour Are you looking for a rewarding career in the healthcare industry?
