Sales Associate Niagara Adventure Excursions As a Sales Associate, you create memorable retail and adventure experiences for guests. You greet guests with confidence and warmth, showcase photos and videos, answer questions, and recommend merchandise or services that enhance their visit. You also take responsibility for capturing guest photos and ensuring those memories are preserved. By consistently exceeding expectations, you make every guest feel valued and appreciated. You support smooth transactions, guide guests through departures, and help maintain the professional, welcoming standards of Niagara Adventure Excursions. To succeed in this role, you bring an outgoing, positive, and energetic attitude to every interaction. You communicate clearly, work proactively during quieter times, and collaborate with teammates during busy periods to create a seamless guest experience. You are comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions including heat, humidity, snow, rain, and high winds. What You''ll Do: Deliver personalized service that consistently exceeds guest expectations Take guest photos on-site, ensuring quality and capturing memorable moments Provide accurate information about all photo and video options and packages Monitor and achieve individual and team sales goals Welcome guests promptly and assist them attentively Support merchandise sales and maintain a clean, organized retail area Ensure guests follow safety protocols in a friendly and polite manner Assist with the inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of photo and video equipment, cameras, and other retail tools as needed Maintain general upkeep of site grounds, merchandise areas, and outdoor spaces Participate positively in park activities and promote a welcoming, team-oriented environment Work outdoors in all weather conditions while maintaining professionalism and safety What You Bring: Proven experience delivering excellent customer service Ability to consistently maintain high standards of work Strong attention to detail Clear and confident communication skills Ability to meet sales goals individually and as part of a team Comfort working outdoors in all weather, including sun, heat, rain, or cold Ability to troubleshoot basic camera and equipment issues Good judgment and strong decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Initiative and proactive approach to supporting the guest experience Openness to feedback and a positive attitude Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, bending, or kneeling On-the-job training and ongoing support are provided. Work Schedule Seasonal position with flexible full-time or part-time hours based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
