We are seeking a Shop Foreman with strong leadership skills and a vibrant Christian faith to oversee the daily operations of our woodworking shop. This role combines technical expertise in custom furniture production with a heart for mentorship and spiritual encouragement. You will manage workflow, ensure quality craftsmanship, and guide team membersmany of whom are transitioning from incarcerationtoward personal and professional growth. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Spiritual Influence Model integrity, humility, and Christ-centered values in all interactions. Provide mentorship and encouragement to team members, fostering a supportive and faith-informed environment. Lead daily team check-ins and, when appropriate, offer prayer or words of encouragement. Production Oversight Supervise all aspects of custom furniture production, ensuring quality standards and timely completion. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and maintain a safe, organized workshop environment. Oversee incoming orders, manage workflow, and coordinate with clients for custom specifications. Operational Management Track inventory of materials and tools; reorder as needed. Maintain accurate records of orders, production timelines, and delivery schedules. Collaborate with the Workshop Manager on budgeting, scheduling, and strategic planning. Who You Are You have a strong Christian faith and a desire to integrate spiritual principles into daily work life. You have proven experience in woodworking, furniture making, or a related trade. You bring leadership experience and can manage a team effectively. You''re passionate about second chances and believe in the power of community and mentorship.
