Job Description:We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef specializing in Western culinary techniques. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of senior-level experience to enhance our menu offerings. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of mouthwatering dishes, with a specialization in Western cuisine, adhering to our recipes and guidelines. Maintain the authenticity and quality of our menu items while infusing Western culinary elements. Manage kitchen operations efficiently, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to safety standards. Coordinate with the team to streamline production and meet customer demand. Working hours 2 am to 10 am. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef specializing in different cuisine, with a focus on Western culinary techniques. In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques and ingredients coupled with Western cuisine expertise. Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently.
