We are seeking a creative motivated and detail-oriented Interior/landscape Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics, capable of transforming spaces into functional and visually appealing environments. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs, developing design concepts, and executing projects from inception to completion. Job position will also include office duties including doing job take off and estimate and must have good knowledge of word and Dynascape 360 or Auto-Cad. Duties Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences and requirements. Develop detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and material selections. Utilize software tools such as Dynascape/AutoCad and Sketchup to create visual presentations and 3D models. Oversee the implementation of design projects, coordinating with contractors and vendors. Conduct site visits to ensure project adherence to design specifications and timelines. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to provide innovative solutions. Prepare project documentation including specifications, budgets, and timelines. Provide guidance on construction and other finishing details to enhance the overall design. Requirements Proven experience as a Landscape Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in design software such as Dyna Scape Sketchup, and 3D/2D animation tools. Strong understanding of typography and its application in interior spaces. Knowledge of Landscape construction techniques is a plus. Familiarity with digital design principles and trends in design is desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts to clients and team members. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A degree in Interior Design or Landscape Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
