Overview Our client, a growing and well-established food manufacturer, is looking to add an experienced National Account Manager to their existing sales team. This role will manage key national grocery retailers, enterprise accounts, and independent retailers across Canada, with a strong focus on driving profitable sales growth. Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with national grocery chains, enterprise retailers, and key independent accounts Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales, margin, and distribution targets Drive new listings, distribution expansion, and shelf optimization Lead pricing, promotional planning, and execution Track promotional performance and manage trade spend budgets Prepare forecasts, sales analysis, and account performance reporting Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure strong retail execution Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in an Account Manager or National Account Manager role Food industry / CPG experience is required Proven experience working with national retailers and/or large enterprise accounts Strong understanding of retail pricing, promotions, and trade spend management Analytical, organized, and commercially driven Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Why Join?
