Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Aurora, ON, for a General Manager. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient management of resources and smooth workflow across departments. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring teams, developing and executing business strategies, managing budgets, overseeing inventory, and nurturing client and stakeholder relationships. The role also involves identifying opportunities for growth, streamlining operations, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.
