What Youll Do Youll provide high-level strategic financial leadership to companies with $2M$100M in revenue including: Strategic planning & direction Cash flow enhancement KPI creation & reporting Systems & process optimization M&A, exits, and acquisitions You operate on a self-employed basis , supported by our marketing, regional leadership, onboarding, mentoring and global expertise network. What Makes You a Great Fit You will thrive as a Portfolio CFO if you: Have 5+ years of CFO experience (commercial + strategic) Are energetic, entrepreneurial and proactive Enjoy working directly with business owners Are confident in networking and business development Possess strong relationship-building and leadership skills Are looking for autonomy and flexibility without sacrificing impact Experience in Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Transportation or Technology is a strong asset.
