The Opportunity The Principal Investments Internship provides a unique opportunity to work with one of Agentis partner firms, alongside its principal investments team and in collaboration with the founding partners of Agentis. Please note that this is not a direct position with Agentis Capital Advisors; the internship will be with ACP or another Agentis affiliate/partner organization. Unlike a traditional infrastructure investment banking internship, this role focuses on evaluating, executing, and managing principal investments, including direct equity investments and coinvestments alongside advisory clients. Interns will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of principal investing from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to supporting due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio company strategy. The role offers meaningful responsibility, handson experience, and direct exposure to senior leadership across a wide range of industries. Strongperforming interns may be considered for future fulltime opportunities within the Agentis partner ecosystem. Your Contribution Contributing to the operations of existing portfolio companies Fulfilling corporate finance responsibilities that arise through the operations and management of those portfolio companies Researching and evaluating potential principal investment opportunities, including analysis of target companies, sectors, industries, and geographies Supporting the execution of principal investments, including financial analysis, valuation, and transaction support Building and maintaining financial models of varying complexity to support investment decisions and portfolio monitoring Supporting the development of investment theses, business plans, and strategic initiatives for portfolio companies Assisting with assetlevel reporting and performance monitoring across the principal investment portfolio Preparing internal materials and presentations for investment committees and senior leadership As part of a highperforming, entrepreneurial team, work will be required in excess of a standard workday or workbook, and in line with typical hours for roles in capital markets.
