Support legal teams during due diligence processes by gathering and organizing necessary documents and data. This is a replacement role and presents an opportunity for a businessminded Senior Law Clerk to join an entrepreneurial, collaborative, and growthoriented firm. The Senior Law Clerk will report to the Manager of Business Law Clerk and Paralegal Services and will be responsible for a broad range of legal matters. How do we define success for your role? Your Experience And Education A minimum of 57 years of experience as a Law Clerk, with substantial exposure to corporate and commercial law matters. Diploma or certification from a recognized Law Clerk program. Proficiency in corporate law procedures, legal terminology and corporate compliance. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure. Experience with corporate filing systems, minute book management and electronic legal documentation. Familiarity with Canadian business law, regulations and corporate governance. The expected range of compensation for this role is: $85,000 to $129,000. Why BDO?
