Inspire Greatness POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Director, Referred & Product Marketing, the Manager, Referred Marketing, is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing plans and communications activities for HomeEquity Bank''s partner referral networks to help attract, grow, and nurture our channel audiences. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in marketing or a related field. They will work closely with the sales teams to drive marketing programs and execute deliverables that support the growth of HomeEquity Bank''s channel business and position us as a partner of choice for providing Canadian homeowners aged 55+ with financing to help them retire in the homes they love. They will leverage their proven track record and experience marketing in the financial services space to succeed in this role. MAJOR ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that support HomeEquity Bank''s referred businesses, which could include: Digital, including email campaigns, webinars, and social media Content, including the development of customer and partner-facing marketing collateral and sales material In-person, including trade shows, conferences, and sponsorship Liaise with channel partners to understand their needs to develop effective marketing campaigns and support a mutually beneficial relationship Support the onboarding of new partners and provide ongoing support to nurture existing partners Identify new opportunities for growth and exposure through campaigns, industry events, conferences, trade shows, associations, partnerships, etc. Work with Sales to prioritize the development of marketing material and sales collateral, including presentation decks and client stories Execute and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations for all marketing activities Support the management of the marketing budget, including the review of monthly costs and forecasts to ensure spending is on track SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Qualifications 7+ years'' experience in a marketing role or related field within the financial services sector Proven results in driving results in B2B channels Ability to manage multiple competing priorities Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience Confidence in reporting key performance indicators and experience in reporting and analytics Excellent copywriting and editing skills; the ability to create engaging content that resonates with this target audience on various channels A passionate, data-oriented marketing and communications expert with experience in content creation, marketing strategy and social media University degree or college diploma in marketing, communication, or related field Strong attention to detail, project management and organizational skills A creative and enthusiastic self-starter who works well independently as well as on a team and with internal and external partners Attributes Highly motivated to hit the ground running and make a real impact on our Company''s success Passionate about their work and the people we serve Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Working Conditions Unique to the Job Hybrid work environment, with three days per week in our downtown Toronto office WHY WORK AT HOMEEQUITY BANK?
