About the RoleIMDEX Limited is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support the efficient operation of our warehouse and ensure the accurate, timely flow of goods to customers and satellite warehouses. This role is critical to the management of rental fleet items, inventory accuracy, and smooth warehouse operations, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.The Warehouse Coordinator will be hands-on across receiving, order fulfillment, inspection and repair, inventory control, and day-to-day warehouse operations.Key ResponsibilitiesGoods Inwards / OutwardsReceive rental tools and kits returning from hire, unpacking, recording, and routing components to appropriate storage locationsInspect and verify incoming vendor deliveries against purchase ordersPick, pack, and assemble outgoing sales and rental orders, including kits, containers, and skidsPrepare shipping documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and other required paperworkArrange shipment pickups and deliveriesTrack, trace, and update shipment status for inbound and outbound goodsInspection, Testing, and RepairInspect returned rental kits, components, and cases for condition and cleanlinessOpen work orders for tools requiring service or repairClean, refurbish, and coordinate repairs with third-party service providers as requiredIdentify and document damage, wear, and maintenance needsSupport efficient turnaround of rental equipment back into serviceInventory and Stock ControlMaintain accurate manual and system-based inventory recordsTrack stock levels for rental kit components, cases, foam inserts, and running gearConduct stocktakes and investigate stock variancesReport damaged or missing stock to supervisorsEnsure strong traceability and accountability of all tools and equipmentWarehouse OperationsSupport daily warehouse planning and executionOversee loading and unloading of goods from trucks and other conveyancesOperate forklifts, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipmentMaintain adequate levels of shipping, cleaning, and shop suppliesKeep warehouse, yard, and vehicles clean, safe, and organizedDispose of waste, including controlled products, in line with regulationsParticipate in the development of standard work instructions and proceduresLeadership, Safety, and ComplianceDemonstrate accountability, professionalism, and respectful communicationCollaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholdersActively participate in safety meetings and comply with QHSE requirementsIdentify and report hazards, incidents, and quality alertsComply with IMDEX risk, compliance, and Code of Conduct standardsQualifications and ExperienceEssentialMinimum 3 years experience in a similar or junior warehouse/logistics roleBasic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft applicationsStrong data accuracy, document control, and record-keeping skillsForklift ticketExcellent phone etiquette and communication skillsDesirableCompletion of secondary education with ability to read and interpret technical documentation and work proceduresDangerous Goods licenseExperience using an ERP systemWhy IMDEXIMDEX is a global mining technology company driven by innovation, collaboration, and a strong commitment to safety and sustainability.
