Join a fast-growing company at the forefront of applied science, where your contributions truly make a difference.About the RoleAs a Laboratory Supervisor (Geochemistry) for the Litho Department, youll oversee daily operations while supervising a team and emphasizing quality, production, turnaround time, and safety. Your leadership will play a critical role in advancing our market share and operational efficiency while embedding a continuous improvement mindset across the team.ResponsibilitiesAccountable for maintaining production and quality targets and ensuring optimal staff levels to achieve production, quality, safety, and financial targets.Train employees according to SOPs, safety controls, and equipment.Assess and recommend resource planning to improve process efficiency.Schedule and prioritize workflow through the department so that client deadlines are met in a timely fashion; monitor throughput and performance.Investigate and solve client complaints, NCRs, and root causes for re-work to ensure quality and customer satisfactionAssist and train on digestion or fusion methods as per established SOPs.Create a positive and collaborative environment for your team.
