If youre looking to do work that matters - where your ideas are valued, your growth is supported, and your impact is real - youve come to the right place.Position DescriptionWe currently have an exciting role for a Roll-Off/Front Load Driver to haul waste & recycling in our Medicine Hat & surrounding area.Position ResponsibilitiesSafely operate and drive a Roll-Off/ Front load waste or recycling truck as needed.Perform pick ups and drop offs in safe and efficient manner.Able to lift the roll-off hook to attach and detach the bin.Attention to detail in being aware of surroundings at all times in an effort to perform tasks in a safe manner. IE- Power lines, eaves, traffic, etc.Perform pre & post trip inspections of vehicle systems and equipment such as tires, lights and breaks, etc.Plan your trip according to the weather conditions.Follow safety procedures for transporting materials.Maintain Logbooks according to rules and regulations.Be versatile and able to perform tasks as needed to aid in the growth of the company.Additional duties may be required.QualificationsClass 3 License with air brakes.5 years driving experience preferred.Clean drivers abstract, and clean criminal search.Clean A&D pre-employment testing.Experience in waste is considered an asset.Excellent customer service skills.What We OfferHourly rate based on experienceCompany sponsored benefitsRRSP/DPSP ContributionsTraining on additional equipmentThis is more than a job - its your opportunity to be part of something bigger.
