Join us in shaping the future of the JCC experience for 75,000+ people annually!As a Donor Relations Coordinator, youll play a vital role on our Development team using data, insight, and collaboration to build meaningful donor relationships and strengthen our fundraising efforts. Your work will directly support programs that enrich Jewish life across the GTA, helping ensure our community continues to grow and thrive. If youre energized by turning data into action, enjoy collaborating across teams, and are motivated by purpose-driven work, this role is for you.What Youll Do:Analyze donor and membership data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunitiesCreate reports, dashboards, and donor insights to support fundraising strategyMaintain and manage accurate donor records within our CRMSupport donor stewardship, recognition, and retention initiativesCollaborate with marketing, membership, and program teamsAssist with sponsorship research, proposals, and implementationEvaluate campaign and event performance to inform future successWhy Work With Us:This role offers hands-on experience in donor analytics, CRM management, and strategic fundraising, with room to grow within the Development team.
