437: Head of 437's In-House Creative AgencyJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Hybrid - Toronto OfficeAbout the RoleWere looking for a candidate to help launch, lead, and run the 437 In-House Creative Agency. This person will be responsible for setting up the agencys day-to-day operations while overseeing the production of elevated photo and video content that supports product launches, campaigns, and ongoing brand needs.This is a hands-on role that blends creative production, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Youll play a key role in defining how the in-house agency operates, while ensuring the work coming out of it consistently reflects the 437 aesthetic.ResponsibilitiesContent Leadership & Studio OwnershipOwn all visual content produced by the 437 In-House Creative Agency across paid, organic, and owned channelsLead and manage the Creative team, including the Brand Designer, Creative + Social Lead, and editors, ensuring clarity on priorities, timelines, and outputsOversee all content that feeds into Instagram ads, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, email campaigns, and webAct as the operational lead of the in-house agency, ensuring content is delivered on time, on brief, and at a consistently high creative standardCreative Execution & Brand CollaborationCollaborate closely with the Creative + Social Lead on creative vision, storytelling, and brand expressionTranslate creative direction and strategy into executable content plans and production workflowsEnsure all visual content aligns with 437s brand identity, creative standards, and aestheticMaintain a strong understanding of what performs across platforms while protecting brand integrityContent Strategy & Platform ExecutionImplement and evolve the visual content strategy across all platformsBuild and manage content plans and posting schedules across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, & YouTubePost and publish content across platforms as needed, ensuring consistency in cadence and executionMonitor performance and feedback loops to continuously refine content strategy and outputProduction & OperationsLead all aspects of content production, including shoots, filming, editing workflows, and asset deliveryOperate behind the camera, overseeing execution rather than serving as on-camera talentManage production logistics, timelines, and deliverables across multiple content streamsEnsure final assets are organized, labeled, and accessible for cross-functional usePerformance & AccountabilityBe accountable for the performance and effectiveness of all visual content produced by the 437 In-House AgencyOwn creative outcomes across channels, including but not limited to social media performance, paid media performance, campaign results, and brand perceptionPartner with Marketing and Growth teams to understand performance data and translate insights into creative improvementsEnsure content is not only on-brand and well executed, but also driving measurable resultsContinuously assess what is and isnt working across platforms and evolve creative strategy accordinglyProcess & ScaleEstablish and refine in-house processes, workflows, and standards as the agency growsCreate systems that allow content production to scale efficiently across platforms and campaignsIdentify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and creative output over timeQualificationsMinimum 6 years of experience at an agency or similar roleExperience with brand-forward and social-forward accountsYou're a self-stater with experience in creative production, studio management, or content operations.Youre highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects at onceYou have a strong eye for creative and understand what makes content feel elevated and on-brandYoure collaborative, proactive, and calm under pressureYoure excited to work at a growing startup and thrive in a flexible, collaborative environment where roles evolve as the company and market change.Nice to HaveExperience in fashion, activewear, or consumer brandsExperience managing both photo and video productionExperience managing a team/leadership experienceFamiliarity with content needs across e-commerce and social platformsWhy Youll Love Working Here4-day workweek year-roundEducation advancement fund to support your continued learning and growthCompetitive benefits, with premiums covered by 437Exclusive 437 staff discounts and product perksTo apply please send your resume and/or CV to [email protected].
